By requesting a quote, booking a charter, or otherwise using the services of Nashville Coach Buses ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
All bookings are subject to vehicle and driver availability and are confirmed only once a deposit or full payment has been received and a written confirmation has been issued. Trip details provided at booking, including pickup times, locations, passenger counts, and itineraries, must be accurate to ensure proper vehicle assignment.
A deposit is generally required to secure a reservation, with the remaining balance due prior to the date of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as arranged at booking. Additional charges may apply for extra stops, wait time, overtime hours, or itinerary changes made after booking.
Cancellation policies vary by trip size and vehicle type and will be communicated at the time of booking. In general, cancellations made with sufficient advance notice are eligible for a full or partial refund, while cancellations made close to the trip date may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the deposit. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Passengers are expected to behave in a safe and respectful manner while onboard. We reserve the right to refuse service or end a trip early, without refund, if passenger conduct threatens the safety of the driver, other passengers, or the vehicle. Smoking, illegal substances, and damage to vehicle property are strictly prohibited.
Nashville Coach Buses maintains commercial insurance coverage in accordance with applicable regulations. We are not liable for delays or changes caused by traffic, weather, mechanical issues, or other events beyond our reasonable control. Passengers are responsible for their own personal belongings while onboard.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate itinerary changes requested after booking, subject to availability and additional charges. We also reserve the right to substitute a comparable vehicle if the originally assigned vehicle becomes unavailable due to mechanical or operational reasons.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
If you have questions about these Terms and Conditions, please contact Nashville Coach Buses through our website's contact page.
